1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Goldman LLC, doing business as Goldman Grows, (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the website www.goldmangrows.com as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). We are registered in the United States of America. 
By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.
We reserve the right to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of these Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms and Conditions to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to and deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted the changes in any revised Terms and Conditions by your continued use of the Site after the date such revised Terms and Conditions are posted.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

3. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:
  • You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions;
  • You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside;
  • You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise;
  • You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
  • Your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site (or any portion thereof).

 

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
As a user of the Site, you agree not to:
  • Engage in any unauthorized use of the Site, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email;
  • Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Site;
  • Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site;
  • Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users;
  • Make improper use of our support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct;

5. User-Generated Contributions

The Site may invite you to chat, contribute to, or participate in blogs, message boards, online forums, and other functionality, and may provide you with the opportunity to create, submit, post, display, transmit, distribute, or broadcast content and materials to us or on the Site, including but not limited to text, writings, video, audio, photographs, graphics, comments, suggestions, personal information, or other material (collectively, "Contributions").
Contributions may be viewable by other users of the Site and through third-party websites. As such, any Contributions you transmit may be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.
By posting your Contributions, you grant us the right and license to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, distribute, and otherwise disclose your Contributions to third parties for any purpose.

6. Testimonials

Occasionally, Goldman LLC may use testimonials in its marketing. These testimonials are examples of past participants' experiences in the management, course or program. Their results may not be typical, and you may not achieve similar outcomes.
The Company reserves the right to take screenshots, video snippets, or voice memos of content you contribute during recorded Zoom meetings, Instagram messages, or text messages for use in the Company’s marketing. Your purchase of the management, program, or content acknowledges your agreement to share testimonials publicly. Upon request, any testimonials you wish to be removed will be promptly addressed by the Company.

7. Community Communication Policy

Courses, memberships, or coaching may contain group elements, such as Facebook or Kajabi groups, where you may contribute content and interact with other participants. The following types of contributions will not be tolerated and will result in removal from the group and deletion of content:
  • Hate speech, harassment, or threats;
  • Promotion of competitors or irrelevant services;
  • Spam, self-promotion, or repeated solicitation.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
